Role description

  • To handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls for new business like- Hotels, Hospitals, College, and Small Businesses etc etc.
  • Responsible to achieve the Quarterly as well monthly targets.
  • Maintained regular interaction with customers with regards to account management and creation of new accounts.
  • Feedback session to improve their drawbacks and to bring the best quality work from them.
  • Working as Key Account Manager for our old and new clients and also responsible for cross sell, up sell and renewal of their services.
  • Taking care of trouble tickets raised by clients and resolving their queries through coordination with internal departments like technical support, billing, accounts, systems, and Service Delivery Team.
